Dr. Cole
Dr. Cole Delhomme is a dedicated veterinarian who graduated from LSU's School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. With over 15 years of experience, she’s known for her exceptional care and warm approach.
Outside of work, Dr. Cole loves spending time with her family, gardening, running, and playing tennis. She and her husband, Jeff, enjoy getting into fun shenanigans with their kids, James and Jessica, and their dog, Bookie. Her favorite color, teal, reflects her love for the ocean, and a cold Coke Zero is her go-to refreshment.
Dr. Cole’s passion for her work and her vibrant family life make her a compassionate and well-rounded vet. Your pet is in excellent hands with her!
Brandi
Brandi is a skilled veterinary professional with over 20 years of experience and a proud graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXVI. Originally from Texas, she’s been in Lafayette since 2010 with her two kids and joined Delhomme Animal Clinic in 2012.
Brandi has a diverse background in feline-only care, shelter medicine, emergency, and more. She’s passionate about educating pet owners and strengthening the human-animal bond.
Beyond the clinic, Brandi is Executive Director of Acadiana Queer Collective, volunteers with No Waste Lafayette, and owns Sans Paquet, an eco-friendly refillery in downtown Lafayette. Fun fact: she has a Spay & Neuter tattoo, reflecting her dedication to animal welfare!
Aaron
Aaron, our newly promoted Assistant Manager, has been a dedicated veterinary assistant at Delhomme Animal Clinic since high school. Known for his calm, friendly demeanor, he stays cool under pressure, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
With his easygoing nature, Aaron puts even the most nervous pets at ease. He’s highly skilled in all areas of animal care, from administering medications to assisting with surgeries. His recent promotion reflects his commitment to quality care and his passion for animals, making him an invaluable part of our team.
Asia'Lynn
Asia'Lynn joined our team as continues to learn all there is to know to be a Veterinary Assistant, and she has already proven to be a fantastic addition to our clinic. As a Scorpio, she brings a natural sense of dedication and intensity to her work, balanced by a sharp, smart, and efficient approach that makes her a remarkably fast learner.
She has a wonderful ability to pick up new skills quickly, tackling clinical challenges with a cool, composed demeanor that helps keep our hospital running smoothly. Asia'Lynn is genuinely passionate about her professional growth and loves the process of learning new things every day. She approaches her work with a positive, grounded perspective, reminding us that, "It ain’t falling apart, it’s falling in place; you just can’t see the masterpiece mid-paint."
Whether she is assisting with patient care or supporting her teammates, her upbeat energy and dedication to the clinic are truly contagious.
Amber
Amber is a dedicated animal advocate who brings a wealth of knowledge and emergency care experience to our practice. While she serves our community full-time at the local Animal ER, we are incredibly grateful that she also shares her time and talents with our team.
Amber’s dedication extends well beyond the clinic walls. At home, she is a devoted mom to her daughters, Ava and Isla, and the proud "human" to a lively, wonderful crew: three dogs (Lyla, Dot, and Shiloh), four cats (Hazel, Bourbon, Tequila, and Scotch), and a flock of chickens.
A total Leo, Amber brings a vibrant, hardworking spirit to our practice. When she isn’t working, you can often find her cheering on a baseball game, listening to her favorite country music, or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book. Guided by her favorite mantra, “Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game,” Amber tackles every day with courage and a can-do attitude.
Izabella
Izabella
Izabella is currently a student at the University of Louisiana, and she is reaching some incredibly exciting milestones... she is just weeks away from both her college graduation and her wedding! We have loved watching her grow with us, bringing fresh enthusiasm and a sharp passion for animal medicine to our clinic.
She has a keen interest in complex medical cases and always makes time for a gentle, reassuring snuggle with our patients. As a devoted pet mom to her own pup at home Remi, she deeply understands the love and concern clients feel for their companions, ensuring every pet in our care feels happy, safe, and engaged.
A true Pisces at heart, Izabella brings a warm, empathetic presence to everything she does. She lives by the quote, “No one ever made a difference being like everyone else,” and we are so proud of her hard work and dedication.
